This Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Prudhvi’s Cycling Studio ("Studio," "we," "us") and the client ("Client," "you") regarding the maintenance, repair, and storage of bicycles and related equipment.
1. Service Authorization & Scope
By engaging our services, you authorize the Studio to perform the work described in the service order. We reserve the right to modify the scope of work if additional safety issues or necessary repairs are discovered. We will attempt to contact you for approval before exceeding the initial estimate by more than 15%.
2. Payments & Estimates

Estimates: All quotes are preliminary and subject to change based on the actual condition of the bicycle.

Payment: Full payment for parts and labor is required upon completion of services and prior to the release of the equipment.

Parts: Unless otherwise specified, all replacement parts used are at the Studio's discretion to ensure safety and performance standards.
3. Equipment Pickup & Storage

Completion: We will notify you via your provided contact method once service is complete.

Pickup Timeline: Equipment must be picked up within 5 business days of notification.

Storage Fees: Equipment left beyond 7 days will incur a daily storage fee of [Insert Amount].

Abandoned Property: Equipment left for more than 30 days post-service without prior arrangement will be considered abandoned and may be sold or disposed of to recover costs.
4. Limited Warranty
We provide a 30-day warranty on labor. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect.

Adjustments to parts not serviced by us during the visit.

Component failure due to age or manufacturer defects.
5. Liability Release & Safety

Inherent Risk: You acknowledge that cycling is a high-risk activity. The Studio is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from the use of serviced equipment.

Safety Check: While we perform safety checks as part of our service, it is the Client’s responsibility to inspect the bicycle before every ride.

Loss/Damage: The Studio is not responsible for loss or damage to equipment due to fire, theft, or causes beyond our control while it is on our premises.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
